A site meeting is arranged to discuss the completed itinerary and for YOU to share your vision with us, so that RELAX Team can step into your shoes and execute all aspects as you envisioned.

"RELAX Consulting" is a unique service that allows you to customize your event planning needs without committing to one of our pre-determined planning services.
These hours are treated as a concierge service, allowing you to receive expert advise in the areas where you need it. This can include, however not limited to reviewing contracts, design expertise, creative styling to vendor selection and budget management. With "RELAX Consulting" you can always find professional advice in the moments you need it most.
